With a diversity of experience in the field of architecture, Jonique’s experience within the commercial foodservice industry spans over 7 years. She started out working in on-mountain restaurants at a high-end Colorado ski resort just after high school. This hands-on experience was invaluable to Jonique’s future understanding of successful restaurant design. After graduating with a Master’s in Architecture from University of Colorado – Denver, she gained experience in residential Architecture and Interior Design firms. Wanting to marry her passion for working in restaurants with her architecture career, she launched into commercial foodservice drafting and production. She has an acute attention to detail and enjoys coordinating with everyone on the team to create a successful design and product. She currently resides in Western Colorado.
